The apartment is situated on the first floor of a residential gated community development with parking. A lift or easy stairs take you to the entrance door of the apartment.  The complex is totally disabled friendly with ramps throughout the gardens and a lift to the apartment front door. The apartment is furnished and equipped to a very high standard and will sleep up to 6 + cot in 3 bedrooms.  It has air conditioning and central heating. 

Lounge and dining area: 

From the lounge you can enjoy the beautiful sea views whilst relaxing in the comfort of the soft white leather sofa.  There is a large 32” flat screen Sony LCD TV, satellite TV (English, German, Russian, French etc. chanels), DVD and music (radio + CD) system.  There is a natural wood dining table and leather chairs for 6 people.  Double glazed sliding patio doors lead from the lounge onto the sea view terrace, where there is terrace furniture/seating for 6.

Master bedroom 

The master bedroom has sea views (as per the lounge) and has a full en-suite bathroom with bath (shower over), wash hand basin, bidet and WC.  There is a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, 26” Sony LCD flat screen TV, satellite TV (English, German, Russian, French channels etc.).  For your security there is a safe. Double glazed doors lead from the master bedroom onto the sea view terrace. 

Double bedroom:

The second bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and views to the gardens from the double glazed patio doors with small “juliette style balcony”. 

Twin bedroom:

The third bedroom has twin single (3’0) beds, fitted wardrobes and views to the gardens. 

Both the second and third bedroom windows overlook the gardens and have pull down mosquito net screens for night use. 

There is a further bathroom with bath (shower over), wash hand basin, bidet and WC. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.  There is a washing machine and dishwasher in the utility room.

One of the delightful features of the apartment complex are the stunning and lush gardens with an array of beautiful Mediteranean trees, shrubs and ornaments which create a wonderful shady, tropical oasis.  Due to the shady areas it is possible to enjoy the gardens even in hot weather.  Sun beds are available by the pool and you can relax and picnic all day if you want to.  There are two large swimming pools and one children’s paddling pool.  There is also direct sea access from the apartment complex (over rocks and children would need adult supervision) where you can dive into the amazing crystal clear sea. 

The apartment is in a gated secure site needing remote controls supplied with your keys.
