WINTER MONTHS 2010/11:  £1500 per month

Booking Notes:

Please e-mail to check availability.  We will then forward you a booking form.  A 30% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the final balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival date.  Key/Damage refundable deposit:  we charge a £200 fully refundable deposit to cover the possible loss of one of the 2 keys and remote controls we shall provide for your access. When the keys are returned to us and our cleaning staff confirm no damage of concern the deposit is immediately refunded.  

General Information:

The property is thoroughly cleaned on changeover days.  This includes change of linen and towels.  Please note that we do not supply beach towels.  Changeover day can be flexible.  All bed linen/towels are colour co-ordinated.  There is a pull out clothes drying rack on the terrace.
