LOCATION/DISTANCES: The apartment is located in the South West area of Mallorca in a residential area between the main town of Santa Ponsa and Port Adriano and enjoys excellent connections with all the beautiful areas that Mallorca has to offer. Santa Ponsa is a lively town with some excellent restaurants, bars and shops – so there is something for everyone. Palma Airport is 20 minutes by car. Palma City is 15 minutes by car. There is an excellent bus service just 2 minutes from the apartment. Paguera is 10 minutes by car and Andratx 20 minutes away. Santa Ponsa town and beach are 5 minutes away by car. Port Adriano marina with its trendy bars and restaurants plus a small sandy beach is a 15 minute walk. There is a bank/cash point and 2 very nice restaurants/bars in the opposite apartment complex. GOLF/COUNTRY CLUB: Santa Ponsa is renowned for its excellent championship golf courses and the Santa Ponsa Country Club is approximately 1 mile from the apartment. This club is gorgeous with its own pool and delightful bar and restaurant. On Golf Course “Santa Ponsa 1” you may play on a daily or weekly basis as a non-member. There are two other major clubs (Courses 2 & 3) in Santa Ponsa which are members or shareholders only – although serious golfers will no doubt have access via competitions etc. BEACHES: As already mentioned there is direct sea access from the apartment complex – however this is mainly rocks but across the rocks is a sandy beach area. Port Adriano Marina: 5 minutes by car, 15 minutes walk. Lovely bars and restaurants with a small sandy beach.Santa Ponsa (near marina): 5 minutes by car, 15 minutes walk. Beautiful protected small beach with pine tress.Santa Ponsa town: 7 minutes by car, 20 minutes walk. There is a very large sandy beach with parasols, chairs and sun loungers. Here you can take speed boat trips, go water ski-ing, paragliding, windsurfing and play volleyball, or you can watch the fabulous boats anchored out in the bay. This beach is adjacent to the town facilities.
